London, Aug 27: Planning a romantic evening with lover? Well, in that case, stop right there, for today’s the ‘most unromantic day of the year’.

That’s the conclusion of a new study.

According to the research, Brits less likely to say “I love you”, book tables for two in restaurants and buy champagne than any other day of the year.

But they are more likely to argue and get divorced — because people’s moods are at their lowest on Wednesdays, and they are fed-up after Monday’s Bank Holiday, reports The Sun.

Oven makers Stoves, who quizzed relationship experts for the study, said: “Cupid should take a break on August 27.”
