`C Kkompany` is about modern day Robinhoods: Tushaar Kapoor

New Delhi, Aug 27: `C Kkompany`, scheduled for release this Friday, is the story of losers turning into modern day Robinhoods, says actor Tushaar Kapoor.

"The film is about three friends whose lives are full of problems. And how they become rulers from losers and solve their problems is the story. They actually become modern day Robinhoods," says Tushaar.

The three friends, Anupam Kher, Rajpal Yadav and Tushaar Kapoor, who come from middle class families play pranks on people in the film. They also start a gang to bail themselves out from their problems.

"My biggest problem in the film is that I am in love with a gangster`s sister (Raima Sen)," says Tushar, who plays the role of a crime reporter in the film. The role of the gangster is played by Mithun Chakraborty. The film is scriptwriter Sachin Yardi`s directorial debut.

He has earlier written the script for films like `Kya Kool Hain Hum` and `Traffic Signal`.

Raima Sen, who is playing the female lead in the film, is for the first time playing the central character in a film.

"I have played important roles in various films. I have done special appearances, played supporting actress or was one of the two or more heroines, but this is my first film where I am the solo heroine," says Raima.

Sharing her experience of working in a comedy film, she says, "I fully enjoyed doing comedy. Now I want to do all sorts of films, and not just serious stuff."

Raima, who has earlier done films like `Chokher Baali` and `Honeymoon Travels Ltd`, says she is eagerly waiting for her next release `Japanese Wife`, directed by Aparna Sen, in which she plays a widow.
