London, Aug 28: British singer George Michael, who gave his farewell concert recently, makes his acting debut on a US TV show.

Thesun.co.uk reports that the 45-year-old singer turns up on a doorstep while playing himself in fantasy drama "Eli Stone". British actor Johnny Lee Miller plays the lawyer Eli who has hallucinations based around Michael`s song lyrics.

Each episode is named after one of his hits. The first test show is called "Faith" and other episodes are named "Freedom", "Wake Me Up Before You Go" and "I Want Your Sex".

The show also stars "Titanic" actor Victor Garber.
