London, Sept 05: Director Guy Ritchie has stolen actress Sienna Miller from Ridley Scott`s Robin Hood movie "Nottingham" to cast in his new detective film "Sherlock Holmes".

According to thesun.co.uk, Ritchie is capitalising on Scott holding up shooting because he wanted green leaves on the trees in Sherwood forest and autumn is coming. The shooting for Ridley`s film will re-start next year.

Meanwhile, Ritchie also wants to steal Russell Crowe and Sam Riley from the Scott movie.

Miller will co-star with Robert Downey Jr in Ritchie`s film. Filming will start next month and the movie is due for 2010 release.
