New Delhi, Sept 05: Sage Publication India Friday announced a fellowship in memory of well known Doordarshan anchor and publisher Tejeshwar Singh.

Tejeshwar Singh was the managing director of Sage Publication India, and the fellowship will be given for research in the field of media and communication and management, officials said.

According to Aarti David, a senior Sage Publication official: "The fellowship will be awarded on an yearly basis and is open for people from SAARC countries".

Stephen Barr, another senior Sage Publication official based in London, said the duration of the fellowship will be for an year and the fellows will be awarded Rs.600,000 and additional Rs 50,000 will be provided for travelling.

Sage Publication is into publishing non-fiction books.
